Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and webinars
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Act as a point of contact between the company and clients/vendors
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
