Account Manager / Senior Recruiter

Are you a strong recruiter who also knows how to take care of clients?

We’re looking for an Account Manager / Senior Recruiter who can build relationships, recruit aggressively, fill jobs quickly, and keep both clients and associates happy.

This is NOT a position where you simply manage existing accounts.

We need someone who can RECRUIT.

You’ll be responsible for managing key client accounts while finding the people they need to keep their businesses running. That means sourcing candidates, interviewing, making placements, handling problems, communicating with clients, and staying on top of open orders.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts
• Recruit candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, office, and other positions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Match candidates to the right jobs—not just the first available job
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Fill client orders quickly and accurately
• Follow up with clients regarding attendance, performance, staffing levels, and upcoming needs
• Conduct associate check-ins and help resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, drug screens, E-Verify, and other hiring requirements
• React quickly when employees call out, quit, or a client suddenly needs additional workers
• Maintain accurate information in our staffing and applicant tracking systems
• Work closely with our recruiting, sales, and leadership teams
• Help turn great temporary employees into long-term client success stories

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is competitive, organized, fast-moving, and comfortable talking to people all day.

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong recruiting or staffing experience
• Excellent interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
• Account management or customer-service experience
• Experience handling multiple job orders at the same time
• Strong sense of urgency
• Excellent phone, text, email, and face-to-face communication skills
• Ability to deal professionally with difficult situations
• Ability to prioritize constantly changing demands
• Confidence communicating with supervisors, HR managers, plant managers, and business owners
• Strong computer and ATS/CRM skills
• A track record of getting positions filled

Staffing industry experience is strongly preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a major plus.
