Your responsibilities include:

• Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR's offerings and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for thorough evaluations
• Keep in touch with leads to foster interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your referrals

Your compensation includes:

• Commission for every productive meeting you initiate
• Additional compensation when interviews ensue from your initial outreach
