Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to individual student needs through online teaching platforms - Develop engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and language acquisition - Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement - Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation - Utilise various teaching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson notes - Adapt teaching methods for students with special educational needs or learning difficulties - Communicate effectively with students and parents (where applicable) regarding progress and areas for development Requirements - Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English to Adults - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently - Experience working with Adult students is highly desirable - Knowledge of specialised educational techniques for learners with additional needs is a plus - Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for online teaching - Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple lessons efficiently - Passionate about education and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
