A leading architecture and design firm is looking for an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to join its Los Angeles team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of a project, bringing together clients, designers, consultants and technical teams to deliver high-quality commercial interiors. You’ll take ownership of projects from early design through construction, working across a varied portfolio for established national and international clients. There is plenty of scope to develop into a broader leadership position, mentor others, strengthen client relationships and become an important part of the continued growth of the LA team. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial interiors projects from early design and planning through documentation and construction Manage project schedules, budgets, fees, staffing and overall project delivery Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project Lead and mentor project teams, coordinating design and technical delivery across multiple disciplines Oversee documentation, consultant coordination, QA/QC and construction administration while supporting presentations and client development Key Skills/Requirements: Extensive professional interior design experience, ideally within workplace or commercial interiors Proven experience managing complex projects, client relationships and multidisciplinary teams Strong technical knowledge across documentation, detailing, coordination and construction, with proficiency in Revit A strong design eye and an understanding of space planning, materials, finishes and FF&E Confident, collaborative communicator who enjoys leading teams and taking ownership of projects The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
