The Cafe Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, providing exceptional customer experiences while leading a team of baristas and food service specialists. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of product quality and service.
